1. Merchants Registration and Eligibility

By creating a merchnat account, you confirm that:

• You are legally authorized to enter into this agreement and are at least 18 years of age.
• All the information provided during registration, including business registration details, contact information, and legal documentation, is accurate and up to date.
• You have all the necessary permits and licenses to sell your products in accordance with local and national regulations.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any actions taken through your account are your responsibility, and Krob Mok Kalip is not liable for any unauthorized use of your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately.

3. Product Listings and Compliance

As a merchant, you are responsible for ensuring that all products listed on Krob Mok Kalip:

• Are accurately described, including information on pricing, tax compliance, stock levels, and shipping options.
• Comply with all relevant laws, including tax regulations and local legal requirements.
• Do not violate Krob Mok Kalip’s prohibited product policy (e.g., no illegal drugs or counterfeit items).
• Have been approved by the Krob Mok Kalip admin team before they are made available for sale.

Krob Mok Kalip reserves the right to review and remove any listings that do not comply with these terms or are found to misrepresent the product.

4. Order Fulfillment and Management

You agree to:

• Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner. For restaurants, this means processing orders as quickly as possible, while mechants selling non-perishable goods must ensure that items are ready for shipment within one business day.
• Update order statuses accurately in the system (e.g., from "Preparing" to "Shipped") to keep customers informed.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, or requests for additional information.
• Refund or resolve issues with orders as required by our refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in penalties, including suspension or removal from the platform.

5. Promotions, Vouchers, and Flash Deals

Krob Mok Kalip provides opportunities to run promotions, including vouchers and flash deals. You agree that:

• Any promotions, vouchers, or discounts must be submitted for review and approval by the admin team before being offered to customers.
• You will honor the terms of any promotions or flash deals once they are live on the platform.
• Flash deals are limited-time offers that must comply with platform rules, and once live, cannot be altered without prior approval.

6. Live Streaming (Up-Coming)

Krob Mok Kalip allows merchants to host live streams to engage with customers, showcase products, and boost sales. By using the live stream feature, you agree to:

• Follow Krob Mok Kalip’s content guidelines, ensuring that all live content is appropriate, non-abusive, and relevant to your products.
• Ensure the live stream video is recorded and can be stored for up to one day, after which it will automatically be removed.
• Avoid sharing any external links or inappropriate content during live streams. Violating this may result in your streaming privileges being revoked.

7. Payment Settlement and Commission

Krob Mok Kalip will deduct a commission from each successful transaction made through the platform. The commission rate varies based on the product category and specific agreements between the merchant and Krob Mok Kalip.

However, payment settlements to merchants are not made in real-time or at the time of customer checkout. Instead, payments will be settled based on an agreed schedule outlined in the merchant's contract. Typically, payments are processed within 7 days of order completion or in accordance with the specific terms agreed upon during mechant onboarding.

merchants are responsible for providing accurate bank account details to receive payments, and any fees or delays due to incorrect information will be the merchant's responsibility.

8. Networking and Communication

Merchants are expected to engage promptly and professionally with customers. Timely responses to inquiries and issues will enhance customer trust and increase the likelihood of repeat purchases. Engaging with customers in a respectful manner is essential for building long-term relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.

9. Communication Ethics

Merchants must ensure that all communication with customers adheres to high professional standards. merchants are not permitted to share external links, and any abusive, inappropriate, or harmful content is strictly prohibited. If any violations occur, the merchant will be held accountable, and their account may be suspended. Legal action may also be pursued if necessary.

10. Shop Reports from Customers

Customers can report issues related to your shop or products. If a report is submitted, Krob Mok Kalip will review the complaint and contact you to resolve the issue. You are expected to:

• Respond promptly to any customer complaints or concerns raised through the reporting system.
• Take corrective action to resolve issues within a reasonable time frame.
• Understand that repeated reports or unresolved issues may lead to suspension or termination of your account.

11. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

You are required to meet Krob Mok Kalip’s Service Level Agreements (SLAs) regarding order fulfillment, product accuracy, and customer service. Failure to meet these SLAs may result in account penalties, reduced visibility on the platform, or removal of your listings.

12. Prohibited Products and Content

As a merchant on Krob Mok Kalip, you are prohibited from listing or selling the following:

• Illegal items, such as drugs or counterfeit goods.
• Products that violate intellectual property rights.
• Content that is abusive, harmful, or violates the platform’s guidelines, including during live streams and customer interactions.

Violating this policy will result in immediate removal of your account and may involve legal consequences.

13. Intellectual Property

By listing products on Krob Mok Kalip, you confirm that you have the right to sell these products and that they do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. If a claim is made against you for intellectual property infringement, you are solely responsible for resolving the dispute, and Krob Mok Kalip is not liable for any such issues.

14. Termination of Account

Krob Mok Kalip reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate any of the terms outlined in this agreement.
• You fail to meet the platform’s quality and service standards.
• You repeatedly receive negative feedback or unresolved complaints from customers.

Termination of your account may be immediate, and any outstanding payments will be held until all disputes or issues are resolved.
